update video 03 please

In video 03 the player controller set up you are using does not work. I suggest using the Unity 5 third person character set up instead. assets > import package > characters. Hopefully the rest of this is all up to date.

Hey there, sorry about the late reply-

Yes, much has changed in Unity and Playmaker since these videos were made- thats why they are offered at such a big discount now compared to what they were when they were launched- I will be producing a new series in the coming new year and all purchasers of the older course will receive the new course for free-

Having said that I still believe the current course is still very useful in learning/seeing how a basic game is made using these tools- I appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing the Strange School.

I'm not saying it isn't useful. I'm learning from it and I can code (just not in c sharp or with Playmaker). But you should really at least put a disclaimer on the video page letting people know that they should just grab the third person player that is already set up for right now since following that video won't give you a working character until you update the video.

I'm not saying any of this out of frustration or to be critical of you by any means. I know programs change. That is just a part of working with software. I am enjoying your videos so much that I will buy any future Unity tutorials you offer without hesitation. As soon as I get through the Playmaker list I'll be moving on to the Behavior Designer one.

I'm only trying to alleviate something that I think might cause people frustration. I hope you understand.
